鋼筋(jin)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)灌漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)連接(jie)(jie)技術(shu)是指帶肋鋼筋(jin)插入(ru)內腔為凹凸表面的(de)(de)(de)灌漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong),通過向套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)與(yu)鋼筋(jin)的(de)(de)(de)間(jian)隙灌注(zhu)(zhu)專用(yong)高強(qiang)水泥(ni)基灌漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)料(liao),灌漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)料(liao)凝(ning)固后(hou)將鋼筋(jin)錨固在套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)內實現(xian)針對預(yu)制構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)一種鋼筋(jin)連接(jie)(jie)技術(shu)。該(gai)技術(shu)將灌漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)預(yu)埋在混凝(ning)土構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)內,在安(an)裝現(xian)場從(cong)預(yu)制構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)外通過注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)管將灌漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)料(liao)注(zhu)(zhu)入(ru)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong),來完成預(yu)制構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)鋼筋(jin)的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)(jie),是預(yu)制構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)中受(shou)力(li)鋼筋(jin)連接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)主要形式,主要用(yong)于各種裝配整體式混凝(ning)土結構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)(de)受(shou)力(li)鋼筋(jin)連接(jie)(jie)。
鋼筋套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)漿(jiang)連(lian)接接頭由鋼筋、灌(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)漿(jiang)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)、灌(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)漿(jiang)料三種(zhong)材料組(zu)成,其中灌(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)漿(jiang)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)分為(wei)(wei)半(ban)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)漿(jiang)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)和全灌(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)漿(jiang)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong),半(ban)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)漿(jiang)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)連(lian)接的(de)接頭一端為(wei)(wei)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)漿(jiang)連(lian)接,另一端為(wei)(wei)機械連(lian)接。
鋼筋(jin)套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)灌漿(jiang)連(lian)接施工(gong)流程主要包括:預制構件在工(gong)廠完成(cheng)(cheng)套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)與鋼筋(jin)的(de)連(lian)接、套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)在模板上的(de)安(an)裝固定和進出漿(jiang)管(guan)道與套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)的(de)連(lian)接,在建筑施工(gong)現場完成(cheng)(cheng)構件安(an)裝、灌漿(jiang)腔密封、灌漿(jiang)料加水拌合(he)及(ji)套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)灌漿(jiang)。
